Added E-mail and CD Delivery

There are only 50 days away from the deadline of HPA2013 photo collection. As the time is getting less and less, our participants are urgently trying to submit their entries within the limited time. However, due to multifarious reasons, they frequently failed in photo submission, which severely influenced the efficiency of their efforts.
For the convenience of our participants,from today (Feb. 25th, 2013) on, they can send their works to us through the two ways below as well as through the on-line submission system:
1. E-mail: Participants can send their photos to contact@hpa.org.cn.
2. CD: Participants can put the photos into a CD and mail it to Room 315,NorthBuilding,No.1 Liupukang Street, Xicheng District,Beijing100120,China
After receiving the photos, our related personnel will upload them to your own account of HPA2013.
