How to upload your photos by us

As photo collection deadline (April 15, 2013) drew near, the participants’ urgency to submit their photos can be increasingly felt by us. We summarize some of participants’ common questions regarding registration and submission and provide the answers as follows in order to facilitate the process.
First, it is highly recommended to use IE browser to upload photos! If IE browser still does not work, your photos are allowed to send to us through CD or email and uploaded by us.
Steps:
1. Collect and edit your photos.
2. Download and fill in “HPA2013 registration and submission Form”
3. Send your photos and form to us:
