As photo collection deadline (April 15, 2013) drew near, the participants’ urgency to submit their photos can be increasingly felt by us. We summarize some of participants’ common questions regarding registration and submission and provide the answers as follows in order to facilitate the process.
Question: What shall I do if I fail to register?
When registering your personal information, please use lowercase letter to fill in email address because the capital letter and lowercase letter are differentiated for this contest. Please make sure to enter the correct information regarding email address, birthday date and ID number because they are unchangeable.
Question: What shall I do if I fail to log in?
If you log in by using email address and its password, make sure to enter the correct information. If you fail to log in, you can ask us about your registered email address through telephone or email.
