HPA13-14 Reception Notice Been Sent Out

In the afternoon of June 9, 2014, HPA13-14 Reception Notice was sent out to the 8th HPA winners who had confirmed attending the Award Ceremony in earlier emails.
The 8th HPA Award Ceremony will be held in Beijing Chateau Lafitte Hotel from June 21 to June 23. June 20 is for registration and check-in. Photographers who received the Reception Notice are expected to fill in the form attached to the email and send it back to us before June 12 (for hotel and airport-pick-up arrangement). Your cooperation and support are greatly appreciated.
