Preparation for the HPA13-14 Events Is Going on

On June 18, it is an extremely busy day for HPA work team. Preparation for the HPA13-14 events is going on. All the HPA staff is busy with his/her work. Some are in charge of money, including refund for winners of Documentary Awards. Some are responsible for preparing gifts for honored guests and members of final jury. Some are making sure that all the presents for the winners are well arranged. All the materials should be sent to the Beijing Chateau Lafitte Hotel, where is the venue for the HPA event. Also our people are going to the hotel to arrange the venue and get ready to receive guests. Looking forward to every guest and welcome to Beijing in the beautiful summer!
