Invitation From UNESCO for HPA Photo Exhibition at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris

It is my pleasure to confirm you that UNESCO will co-host with CFPA the HPA exhibition “Memories of Mankind”, on the occasion of the UNESCO’s 60th anniversary.This exhibition, which will present the best pictures of the past Humanity Photo Awards Contests, would be a great opportunity for the international general public to discover a large palette of the cultural diversity of our planet. As you are aware of, UNESCO attaches a great importance to cultural diversity and the promotion of dialogue amongst civilizations, and the exhibition “Memories of Mankind” would be a perfect illustration of the values that our Organization stands for.Lastly, as the HPA meets the Organization’s values in favor of dialogue amongst civilizations, I am pleased to inform you that UNESCO will include the HPA 2006 contest as part of the celebrations of UNESCO’s 60th anniversary.
